Tasting Note
The 2010 Just Cabernet Sauvignon is a delicious wine. Dark ruby in color, it offers black currant fruit/cedar aromas on the nose. Aged for 8 months in French oak barrels, it has a soft texture, elegant mouth feel/soft round tannins.

Grilled meet/lamb.
Vinification
Crushing, fermentation under controlled temperature, ageing in Barrels for 6 months.
