Tasting Note
IT IS A WARM WITH MINIMAL RAINFALL, LEADING TO A LOW YET HIGH-QUALITY YIELD. SPRING AND SUMMER WERE PLEASANT, WITH NO HEATWAVES, AND THE RIPENING PROCESS WAS SWIFT AND TROUBLE-FREE. VINIFICATION : THE GRAPES UNDERWENT A SHORT FERMENTATION WITH THE SKIN TO PRESERVE THE FRUITINESS OF THE WINE AND WERE THEN REMAINED IN STAINLESS STEEL TANKS FOR ADDITIONAL 5 MONTHS TO MATURE. WINE DESCRIPTION THE WINE HAS A DEEP RED COLOR, WITH AROMAS OF BLUEBERRIES AND WINE FRUITS. IT HAS A MEDIUM-BODIED, FRUITY PROFILE WITH PLEASANT ACIDITY, TANNINS, AND A SMOOTH FINISH.
