THIS WINE WAS PRODUCED FROM PETIT VERDOT GRAPES FROM SHOMRON. FOLLOWING FERMENTATION AND EXTENDED MACERATION WITH ITS SKINS, THE WINE WAS AGED FOR 12 MONTHS IN OAK BARRELS. THE WINE DISPLAYS A DEEP PURPLE HUE, AROMAS OF RED AND BLACK FRUIT WITH HINTS OF SWEET DRIED FRUITS, MEDIUM TO FULL BODY, AND A PLEASANT VELVETY FINISH
