Tasting Note
Made from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz, grown in the Upper Galilee, this medium bodied red wine was barrel aged for 12 months. It has a rich color with aromas of blackberries, spices and bitter sweet chocolate and a long well-balanced finish.
Vinification
Crushing, fermentation under controlled temperature, pressing, MLF in stainless steel and oak barrels, ageing in oak barrels.
