Capçanes winery in Montsant is the very first winery in Spain to produce a kosher wine in the 20th century. Vinification
Temperature-controlled fermentation (24-28ºC). Maceration: 28 days. Varietals vinified together. Malolactic fermentation started in tank and finished in barrel.
