Tasting Note
THIS RED BLEND SHOWCASES THE BOLD CHARACTER OF ISRAEL’S DIVERSE TERROIRS, UNITING THE SUN-SOAKED INTENSITY OF THE NEGEV DESERT WITH THE HIGH-ALTITUDE FINESSE OF THE JUDEAN HILLS. ON THE NOSE, IT OPENS WITH LAYERS OF RIPE BLACK CHERRY, PLUM, AND FIG, INTERWOVEN WITH SUBTLE NOTES OF MEDITERRANEAN HERBS, CEDAR, AND A TOUCH OF SPICE FROM OAK AGING. THE PALATE IS FULL-BODIED AND STRUCTURED, DELIVERING FLAVORS OF DARK BERRIES, DRIED DATES, AND MOCHA, BALANCED BY A VEIN OF EARTHY MINERALITY AND FRESH ACIDITY. TANNINS ARE FIRM YET POLISHED, GIVING THE WINE DEPTH AND AGING POTENTIAL. THE FINISH IS LONG AND SAVORY, WITH LINGERING NOTES OF BLACK PEPPER, ROSEMARY, AND A WHISPER OF COCOA.
