Teperberg Winery was founded by Avraham Teperberg in 1870 in the Old City of Jerusalem. The Winery was the first family winery established in Israel in the modern era. Since then the winery has been owned and managed by the Teperberg family.

Tasting Note
Beautiful clean garnet wrapped in a royal purple robe with violets, blueberries/raspberries with a gentle note of sweet vanilla. Medium-bodied with raspberries, blueberries, plums with bracing acidity, spicy-sweet vanilla/searing tannins on a moderately long finish. Nice/fruity young wine.

Destemmed, crushed, yeast pitched, fermentation under controlled temperature with dynamic pump-overs, pressed at dryness, MLF, racking.
