Teperberg
Teperberg Winery was founded by Avraham Teperberg in 1870 in the Old City of Jerusalem. The Winery was the first family winery established in Israel in the modern era. Since then the winery has been owned and managed by the Teperberg family.

Tasting Note
Medium to full'bodied and fruit-forward Merlot with notes of ripe red fruits and toasty oak. Green notes and hints of earth are distinctive with ripe tannins lingering on the finish.

Grilled duck or rich sharp cheeses.
Vinification
Destemmed, crushed, cold soaked, alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel at 25℃, extended maceration, pressed, MLF in stainless steel tank, barrel aged, bottle aged.
