Teperberg
Teperberg Winery was founded by Avraham Teperberg in 1870 in the Old City of Jerusalem. The Winery was the first family winery established in Israel in the modern era. Since then the winery has been owned and managed by the Teperberg family.

Tasting Note
This Port-style fortified red dessert wine is made from Merlot. It has a rich and concentrated body with notes of blackberry jam, spices and candied walnuts.

Chocolate cake or Cuban cigar.
Vinification
Destemmed, crushed, fermentation at 28℃ with dryamic pump-over regimens, addition of grape brandy to stop fermentation, barrel aged.
