Tasting Note
Deep, almost impenetrable garnet towards purple. Full-bodied, extracted and rich with notes of red and black forest fruit, herbs, cedar wood and powdery tannins with notes of coffee on the finish.

Hard cheese, red meat, smoked meat.
Vinification
Ferment on skins 14 days. 100% ML Ferm. In barrels. 18 months oak aged. Blend created after barrel racking.
