Tasting Note
Salmon pink in color with on the nose ripe strawberries and grapefruit. Light in body with on the palate sweet cherries and strawberries followed by pink grapefruit, rose water and a hint of papaya with very nice acidity rising towards the refreshing finish.�

Pasta, light dishs, on it's own, apertif, and fish.
Vinification
All grapes were hand picked at early morning ,crushed and pressed. Cold fermented in stainless steel.
