Tasting Note
Cherry hues and a rich round body. Core flavors of black forest fruit, cassis and blueberries with chocolate, vanilla and coffee are pronounced. Notes of aged wood combined with balanced acidity lead to a long complex finish.

Hard cheese, red meat, and spiced chicken.
Vinification
Ferment on skins 14 days. 30% ML Ferm. In barrels. is fermented separately and aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. Only after aging do the winemakers decide on the final blend. 12 months oak aged.
