A BACKGROUND OF WOOD (FROM PARTIAL BARREL FERMENTATION) IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWED BY PLEASANT UNOAKED CHARACTERISTICS SUCH AS APPLE, TROPICAL AND PINEAPPLE, AND ALSO CITRUS NOTES. FINISH ALSO HAS HINTS OF GUNPOWDER (FLINT) AND WARM EXOTIC SPICES. ON THE PALATE: A ROUND TEXTURE, ALMOST FULL BODIED, AND A GREAT ACIDITY HOLDING IT ALL TOGETHER.
