Tasting Note
Bright straw colored wine with floral aromas of Rose petals water as well as litchi and peach. Off-dry with good acidity and fruity notes on the palate.

Apéritif, foie gras, spicy food, lamb tajine, ripe cheese, and desserts.
Vinification
Crushing, pressing, flotation, fermentation under controlled temperature, ageing in stainless steel tanks.
