Gush Etzion is located in the Judean region, situated south of Jerusalem, at one of the highest altitudes in Israel. This area has been recognized for thousands of years for wine growing. The climate, differences in day and night temperatures, chalky soil, the sloping vineyards, and altitude of over 900 meters above sea level, create ideal conditions for wine growing.
This wine is produced from Sauvignon Blanc grapes that grow on the slopes of the hills of Gush Etzion. This wine is delicate with both tastes and fragrances of tropical fruit.
