FRUIT-FORWARD CRUCHY ROSE WITH NOTES OF RASPBERRY AND PEACHES AS WELL AS A REFRESHING FINISH.
Vinification
In September the varieties are vinified separately: 8 hours of maceration at T = 10 º C, after pressing and racking during 24 hours. Alcoholic fermentation at 15 º C, activity at the end of fermentation and assembly of the two varieties conserving part of the lees. Batonnage were performed in the tank weekly, tuning treatments and later bottling.
