Champagne Drappier, a family owned house in the Côte des Bar in the Aube region of Champagne, is run by Michel Drappier. He tends the land accumulated by the Drappiers since 1808. Michel Drappier, described as vying for the position of ‘this southerly district’s very best producer’*, creates wines for real connoisseurs.

Tasting Note
This is the best known champagne of the House. 80% Pinot Noir, 15% Chardonnay, 5% Pinot Meunier It expresses all the aromas of the famous red grape with white juice. It is sought after not only for its structure but also for its very characteristic fine notes of red fruits embellished with spicy notes
