THE GRAPES WERE GENTLY CRUSHED AND FERMENTED WITH THEIR SKINS IN STAINLESS STEEL TANKS AT 22°C FOR FIVE DAYS TO EXTRACT COLOR, FLAVORS, AND AROMAS. THE MUST UNDERWENT MALOLACTIC TRANSFORMATION FOR SOFTNESS AND STABILITY, THEN AGED FIVE MONTHS IN FRENCH OAK BARRELS.
