Serve at room temperature and enjoy with the finest meat dishes.
Vinification
Crushing, fermentation in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature. Pressed at dryness, racked to barrels after malolactic fermentation was completed. After 12 months in barrels varietals were blended and sent back to barrels for another 18 months.
