Founded in 2003 by Ariel Ben Shitrit and his family, the winery began as a modest dream producing 5,000 to 8,000 bottles annually and selling them directly to a circle of devoted patrons.
Two decades later, in 2023, the vision expanded: a permanent home for the winery was established in partnership with an investor from Jerusalem, marking a new era of growth.
Today, Ben Porat continues to plant new vineyards across Israel, in Samaria, in Negohot of Judea, and
on the Golan Heights, nurturing every vine as both an act of faith and a promise for the future.
As the winery enters a new stage of momentum, its production and global outreach are rapidly
growing, with approximately 80,000 bottles planned for 2025. Each bottle tells the story of a family and a nation reconnecting to their roots, drawing strength from the soil and spirit of the
Land.
