ELLA VALLEY RED IS A BORDEAUX-STYLE BLEND, TYPICALLY MADE FROM CABERNET SAUVIGNON, MERLOT, AND PETIT VERDOT, OFFERING RICHNESS AND STRUCTURE WITH A DISTINCTLY ISRAELI CHARACTER. APPEARANCE: DEEP RUBY RED WITH A VIBRANT EDGE. NOSE: AROMAS OF BLACKBERRIES, RIPE PLUMS, CASSIS, AND HINTS OF DRIED HERBS. SUBTLE OAK INFLUENCE BRINGS NOTES OF VANILLA, COCOA, AND A TOUCH OF CEDAR. PALATE: MEDIUM TO FULL-BODIED WITH WELL-INTEGRATED TANNINS. FLAVORS OF DARK FRUIT (BLACK CHERRY, BLACKCURRANT), ESPRESSO, AND WARM SPICES. BALANCED ACIDITY GIVES IT FRESHNESS AND AGING POTENTIAL.
