Tasting Note
SEGAL SPECIAL RESERVE CABERNET SAUVIGNON IS A FULL-BODIED RED WITH RICH NOTES OF BLACK PLUM, CHERRY, AND CASSIS, SUPPORTED BY HINTS OF CEDAR, VANILLA, AND SPICE FROM OAK AGING. IT HAS SMOOTH TANNINS, BALANCED ACIDITY, AND A MEDIUM-LONG FINISH WITH LINGERING DARK FRUIT AND SUBTLE EARTHINESS. SOME VINTAGES SHOW A TOUCH OF EUCALYPTUS OR HERBAL FRESHNESS THAT SOFTENS WITH AIR.
