Philip Jones sought to fill another void in the kosher wine marketplace. Together with his wife, Sheryl, and with cooperation from Royal Wine Corporation, the Jones’ established Evan’s Vineyard and winery, located on Underwood Mountain, in the Columbia Gorge in Washington State.

Bright straw in color with green reflections. On the nose, lime peels, green apple and stone fruit with notes of fresh spring flowers. Light to medium-bodied, with on first attack sweet green apple and apricot, lime, white peach, chalk, wet stones as well as notes of lemon drops with medium-plus acidity balancing out the light and pleasant sweetness of this off-dry Riesling on a fairly long finish. Very well-made.
