Tasting Note
Light straw with green-ish reflections, on the nose bursting citrus peels and blossom as well as apples and tropical fruits (pineapple, guava). Light to medium-bodied with on the palate lime, pineapple, guava and green apple peels, slightly oily texture, bracing acid, Stoney minerals, honeysuckle, somewhat saline with a little bit of white pepper and some more lime on the long finish.
