Easy drinking Tempranillo with notes of spices, blackberries, cherries and coffee beans.
Vinification
Pre-fermentation with cold maceration to increase the dissolution of the compounds for maximum extraction of color. Alcoholic fermentation takes 10 days at a controlled temperature of 19°C with a maceration of 8 more days. Slow daily movements of the wine in order to be less aggressive allowing creation of wine volume.
